Filtration Services Accessories

Merrill-Crove Gold Process:

The MERRILL-CROWE process consists of passing the pregnant solution from the hopper clarifiers through pre-coat filters, resulting in suspended solid free solutions. After that, the air is eliminated and zinc powder is added to the solution for a nearly instantaneous reaction. Precipitated gold and silver are then recovered in a following step.

 Both Pressure Leaf Filters and Self-Cleaning Candle Filters can be employed for this process.


Concentration - Filtration:

We offer an economical solution for the clean-up of thickener overflows contaminated with inorganic particulates, including metals and salts such as nickel, copper, zinc, cobalt, tin, uranium, etc. as carbonates, sulphides, oxides etc. These units can be used to recover fine solids from small to very large scale flow rates. The filter media has a very effective retention due to the very fine pore size which permits the recovery of fine micron particles.

Self-Cleaning Candle Filter

The Self-Cleaning Candle Filters CCF are installed for clarification and recovery applications for liquids with low solid contents- from 5% to less than 1% solids and even down to trace amounts (ppm levels).
